Fund I is Stansberry Asset Management’s inaugural private markets investment vehicle, launched in 2024 and focuses on diversified private credit investments.

Through allocations across five underlying private credit managers, the fund provides investors with access to a broad range of opportunities including corporate loans, mezzanine debt, venture debt, distressed debt, and other specialty credit investments.

The fund is designed to provide investors with institutional-quality access to private credit through a single, diversified investment vehicle.

Fund I successfully raised approximately $43 million and is now closed to new investors. As of April 2026, the fund had called approximately 90% of committed capital and is generating a current annualized distribution rate of 11.89%.
